Church sponsored emotional resilience classes focus on practical tips and Finding Strength in the Lord. These classes are often held at the ward level, or can be adapted for families and individuals to use. Check with a ward leader to learn about classes in your congregation. YSA's are encouraged to attend a congregations that fits their needs - whether it be a YSA or traditional family ward.
The purpose of YSA programs are to provide opportunity for those between the age of 18 and 31 to serve, teach and lead.
