We believe that God is the Father of all and that His Son, Jesus Christ is the Redeemer and Savior of the world.
As Christians, we try to follow the teachings of Jesus and treat all people with kindness and respect – regardless of any differences that may exist.
The Church is organized into community congregations called "Wards" Each Ward is led by a Bishop. A group of Wards comprises a "Stake". Our Mesa South Stake is located just south of the heart of Mesa Arizona and is comprised of 6 Wards (5 English speaking and 1 Spanish speaking), which meet in 3 chapels. Click Here for location and time details.
Sunday worship services begin at 9:00AM, and 11:30AM.
The first 60 minutes includes Christ centered worship through song, word, prayer, and a ceremonial representation of the Last Supper, or "Sacrament".
The 2nd hour is Sunday school. All are invited to attend classes for adults, youth and children.
We are Christians who follow Jesus Christ. We come from all backgrounds and walks of life. We live, work and serve in our community and strive to love God and our neighbors.
Over 2,700 members (or "Latter Day Saints") live in the Mesa South Stake area. Our ministering programs help strengthen individuals and our community.
The Church has more than 16 million members in about 30,000 congregations worldwide. Majority of members live outside the United States.
